Program Requirements

To become a certified minister, students must:

  3. Fulfill Practical Ministry Hours: Gain hands-on experience through internships or serving in your local church.

Certified Minister FAQ's

Our certification program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual foundation needed to serve effectively in ministry and leadership roles.

  • The program typically takes at about three full years to complete.  At the end of your 2nd Year of SOM, you are able to apply to become a Certified Minister. Upon acceptance, you will graduate year three with a diploma and official ministry certification. 

  • Certification prepares you for roles such as pastoral leadership, preaching, teaching, and other ministry positions in churches and organizations. Additionally, you will be able to lawfully perform weddings and funerals. 

  • Yes, scholarships and payment plans are available to make the program accessible to everyone.
