Year One - Identity

The First Year consists of four comprehensive courses designed to establish a strong foundation in faith, personal identity, spiritual growth, and kingdom living. Each course carries 3 credit hours, totaling 12 credit hours for the year.

For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at his natural face in a mirror; for once he has looked at himself and gone away, he has immediately forgotten what kind of person he was. But one who looks intently at the perfect law, the law of liberty, and abides by it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an effectual doer, this man will be blessed in what he does.

James 1:23-25

  • The Word is filled with God’s principles, and in this course, we’ll take an in-depth look at them through the life of Jesus. You’ll learn how to apply these truths, walk them out, and fully receive the inheritance He paid for you to have. This course will also guide you in renewing your mind practically, deepening your understanding of the Names of God, and experiencing a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit.

  • When we give our lives to Jesus, He doesn’t hand us a “to-do” list—He gives us adoption papers! We have nothing to hide and nothing to prove because we are fully accepted and loved by God. Though we may still face struggles, His love never wavers, and He sees us through the lens of Jesus’ sacrifice. This course will help ground you in your identity and empower you to live in the freedom of His grace, as if you had never sinned or fallen short.

  • This course helps students create a personal development plan while learning to overcome life's inevitable obstacles. The book of James tells us to "consider it pure joy" when facing trials—but how do we apply this practically? Students will gain powerful tools for hearing God's voice, ministering to others, fasting and praying effectively, handling offense, and applying the armor of God in daily life.

  • Jesus came to earth teaching that the Kingdom of God had come near—but what did that mean? He was inviting us to think differently because He brought an entirely new way of living! The Kingdom of God is here, and we are its citizens. Even more amazing, we've been adopted into this family, so it's time to learn about our new family culture. This course will break down religious stereotypes about following God and reveal who He truly is.

Year Two - Theology

Year Two is comprised of four comprehensive courses designed to deepen students' understanding of biblical principles, leadership, and ministry skills. Each course carries 3 credit hours, totaling 12 credit hours for the academic year.

Always be eager to present yourself before God as a perfect and mature minister, without shame, as one who correctly explains the Word of Truth.
2 Timothy 2:15 TPT

  • Throughout this course, we'll dive into the rich tapestry of Jewish history, tracing their journey from ancient origins, through periods of exile, to the remarkable restoration of their homeland, Israel. Understanding this narrative is essential for believers, as it illuminates the historical context woven into our faith in Jesus Christ. By exploring the Old Testament, we'll unearth timeless principles and gain fresh insights into Scripture by viewing God through the lens of covenant rather than wrath.

  • Kingdom leadership starts from the inside out. Jesus tells us that the “Last will be first and the first will be last” and even goes so far to say that “The greatest among you will be a servant.” This course will give you a rich understanding of the counter-cultural realm of leadership in the Kingdom of God. We will discuss many leadership topics including how to take authority over yourself first, how to lead from a place of surrender and transparency, how to love the people you lead and much more. There will also be many opportunities to practice the principles taught in a practicum setting.

  • Continuing our exploration of scripture, this course unpacks the New Testament, including the Acts of the Apostles, the epistles, and the book of Revelation. Through this study, we seek to learn wisdom and insight from the journeys of the disciples and their roles in the Christian faith. By examining the life of Jesus and the genesis of the Christian movement, we aim to discern our own significance within this narrative. Drawing inspiration from the dynamic early church, our goal is to embrace and activate the same transformative power in our lives, ultimately furthering the mission of bringing more individuals to Jesus.

  • Ministry extends beyond the confines of church walls, permeating our everyday lives—from our workplaces and homes to the aisles of grocery stores. This course builds upon the foundational inner work initiated in the Kingdom Leadership course, focusing on refining external skills essential for effective outreach. Students will enhance their proficiency in articulating testimonies and honing public speaking skills. Additionally, they will learn to foster cultures of excellence, embracing growth rather than perfection, and engage in constructive confrontation guided by biblical principles, among other valuable topics.

Year Three - Empower

Year Three focuses on empowerment and practical ministry skills. It consists of five core courses designed to equip students with essential knowledge and skills for both marketplace and ministry leadership. Each course carries 3 credit hours and combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, supported by carefully selected reading materials and interactive learning experiences.

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in

Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.

Acts 1:8

  • In this course, we will examine the principles of success found in scripture and learn how to apply them to our lives, families, businesses, and ministries. We will strive for excellence (not perfection), develop a multigenerational vision for our businesses and families, and examine how various personalities, strengths, and weaknesses impact the team as a whole.

  • The timeless principles of wisdom found in scripture remain relevant today. Our capacity to build our lives on these foundations significantly impacts us and future generations. In this course, we will explore the Wisdom Books and Prophets of the Old Testament to uncover these principles and apply them to our lives, businesses, and ministries. Additionally, we will examine the role of the Holy Spirit in our pursuit of wisdom and holiness.

  • In this course, we will take a comprehensive look at church history from the New Testament to the modern day to firmly establish our roots in the faith. By examining the great leaders who shaped our religion, we will learn valuable leadership qualities to apply today. This course offers a perfect blend of the history of our faith and contemporary church leadership.

  • We will examine the significant demands placed on a minister's life and explore effective tools to manage pressure and maintain balance. Jesus said His yoke is easy and His burden is light, and this remains true regardless of one's position. God values our hearts more than our performance, so it is crucial to develop personal strategies to uphold integrity in all circumstances, particularly during times of promotion.
